1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between pages or visits. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
2. What this website currently uses
mintwurks.com does not set any cookies of its own. It does not use analytics, advertising, or session tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser’s local storage.
3. Third-party requests
Two third parties receive a request when you load a page:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces Playfair Display and Instrument Sans are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of the request. Google’s privacy policy explains how it handles that information.
- Our hosting provider — keeps standard server logs of requests, including IP address and browser type, for security and capacity planning.
WhatsApp links on the contact pages open the WhatsApp service only if you choose to tap them.
4. Your enquiry form
The enquiry form sends your message to our trading desk. It does not set a cookie. If no form service is configured, it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled.
5. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers can be set to warn you before a cookie is stored. Because this website sets no cookies, doing so will not affect how it works.
6. Changes
If we introduce cookies in future — for example, analytics — we will update this page first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting them.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, and is subject to our Terms & Conditions.
