Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named port. Buyer assumes all risk and cost from that point forward.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Seller covers cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port. Risk transfers to buyer upon loading.
TTO
Tank Take Over
Buyer takes custody of product in the seller’s storage tank at the terminal. Title transfers at the tank after joint quantity and quality inspection.
TTT
Tanker to Tanker
Transfer of product directly from one vessel to another. Used for offshore operations and large-volume transactions.
SPOT
Spot Market
Immediate delivery contracts at current market price. Ideal for urgent procurement needs and opportunistic buying.
